Refund Policy

Our refund / return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was placed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds / Returns (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, return or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of placing your order at support@shopgoldenhours.com with pictures of the damaged items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Lost or Stolen Packages
GoldenHours is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, GoldenHours will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, call or visit your local post office and inquire about your package.

GoldenHours is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. We do not refund/replace orders that are marked as delivered.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@shopgoldenhours.com. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact support@shopgoldenhours.com for the details regarding this process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
